Tamper-evident PDF records
Solid evidence that the paperwork was done before the work. Every RAMS acknowledgement, permit, daily check and sign-in is kept as a named, time-stamped record, and sent to you as a PDF every Monday.
Named, time-stamped, tied to the RAMS revision, digitally sealed and in your inbox every Monday.
Each signature is saved the moment it's made, with the person's name, mobile, the RAMS revision and the time. It goes to our servers as soon as there's signal, not into a drawer.
Signatures and sign-ins can't be edited. Changes to hours are added alongside the original, showing who made them and why. Only an admin can delete a whole job, with their password, and by then your weekly copies are already in your inbox.
Every Monday at 7am you get a PDF and Excel copy of last week. Each set carries a digital seal: a security code worked out from every line. Change one character later and the seal no longer matches.
Download the PDF for one job or all of them, for any period, whenever someone asks.

Questions
Will it stand up if there's a claim?
Electronic sign-offs are accepted as evidence in the UK. What matters is that each record is specific and can't be quietly changed. JobGate records are named, time-stamped, tied to the RAMS revision, and your own sealed copy is in your inbox. It's evidence you took the right steps, not a guarantee of any outcome.
Who can see them?
Your office and site managers. Never clients or anyone else unless you send them.
Does this replace our RAMS?
No. You still write proper RAMS and supervise properly. JobGate proves the steps were taken, and when.
