Cookie notice

Last updated 22 October 2026

JobGate uses only what's strictly necessary for the service to work, so we don't show a cookie banner.

Name	What it does	How long
office	Keeps office users signed in	30 days
hub	Keeps the JobGate owner signed in to the admin area	12 hours
Worker sign-in cookie	Remembers a worker on their own phone, so they don't need a new code every day	Until they sign out
Browser storage on site pages	Remembers sign-in, signed documents and today's progress on that phone, and keeps working when signal drops	Until cleared

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, or analytics that follow you around the web. Office pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address; see the privacy policy.
